Residents of Oklahoma can get a full documentary - "Tobacco Stops With Me: Experiences from the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Community" - by simply filling out the free survey that corresponds with your status and mailing it to CSD of Oklahoma with a return address.

The surveys must be filled out in fill and in order, including the informed consent. Your responses will be held strictly confidential.

• Current smoker or smokeless tobacco user
• Used to smoke/dip, have since quit
• Have never smoked or used smokeless tobacco - Includes those who smoked for less than one year in the past.

Personal Stories

This program will introduce you to the personal life stories of several deaf individuals who have faced their struggle with tobacco, or are still struggling to quit the use of tobacco products.

Many thanks to many people who were willing to share their personal life stories and their association with tobacco.
