Welcome to Oklahoma’s newest program on Tobacco Awareness and Prevention for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
CSD of Oklahoma is in a partnership with the Tobacco Settlement Endowments Trust (TSET) and the Oklahoma Department of Health to provide this tobacco awareness program to the deaf and hard of hearing communities in Oklahoma.
The Need
Many of us have seen the warnings about dangers of cigarettes, but tobacco use in any form can lead to health-related problems.
On this website-created by and for the deaf and hard of hearing Oklahomans – you will find important information on how tobacco use can affect. This website can help anyone understand what nicotine is and how we can fight nicotine.
Check out the facts available here on tobacco’s effects and where you can find support to give up dependence on cigarettes and other tobacco products.
