CSD Centers of Excellence – Human Services is one of kind group of services that specializes in meeting the needs of deaf and hear of hearing individuals, their families and service providers. CSD Centers of Excellence is a leader in human service delivery and communication access. We provide services in person and via video teleconferencing.

Community Education Programs

Knowledge is power! CSD Centers of Excellence provides various community education program across the country. We offer Adult Basic Education, Computer Literacy, Health Seminars and more. The Community Education Programs combine values of communication access and information with a goal towards enhancing quality of lives.

Deaf Domestic Violence Programs

Our Deaf Domestic Violence Program in Iowa, Minnesota, and Oklahoma empowers deaf families to live violence free lives. Our Deaf Advocates are trained to provide advocacy, support and resources to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.

Community Support Programs
