Technology Group
The Product Manager is charged with full oversight of technology-driven product lines and driving the entire product development life cycle from both a strategic planning and end user perspective. The primary focus is to deliver positive business outcomes through improving the experience that customers have with CSD technology-driven products and services. The Product Manager ensures that CSD products have the right feature set for todays market and the right features in the pipeline for tomorrows market. The position will develop product specifications from existing ideas; increase the quality, profitability and usability of existing products; and develop new product initiatives, based on industry and community experience and continuous direct user feedback.
