Position Description: The full-time custodian is responsible for the sanitation and cleansing of assigned facilities.

Essential Functions:

•  Performs basic daily cleaning for facilities (vacuum carpets, mop floors, wash dishes, wipe desks, dusting, empty all trash and disinfect restrooms).
• May require some light lifting (approximately 15-35 pounds).
  
• Report any discrepancies in work environment to Custodial Manager.
  
• Request new supplies when needed.
  
• Attend training class as required.
  
• Other duties as assigned.
  

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or GED equivalent
• One year Custodian experience required
  
• Knowledge of American Sign Language is desirable but not required.
  
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
  
• Ability to work with limited supervision
  

Location: Sioux Falls, SD
