Executive Team

Christopher Soukup, Sr. Vice President: Christopher has been with CSD for over fifteen years, working in progressively responsible positions from entry-level human service and administrative positions to becoming the current Senior Vice President of CSD Business Group. He is responsible for providing support and direction to the CDS Business Group, which has an annual operating budget of $45,000,000. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Management and Marketing from Gallaudet University.

Jeff Best, Sr. Director of Business Engineering: Jeff Best is a fifteen-year call center veteran who began his tenure with CSD as a telecommunications relay service call center agent. Since then, Jeff has implemented several large technology projects for CSD, including CSD's wide area network spanning twelve states and three data centers. Jeff managed several large implementation projects for CSD, including an equipment distribution contact center for the State of California Public Utilities Commission servicing over 600,000 customers, a video contact center for broadband adoption for the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, Qwest customer care support centers and a nationwide interpreting referral center. Jeff has shepherded the shift from CSD's early technology (56K frame relay) to a multimillion dollar network encompassing fiber, MPLS, video, VoIP and the first multimedia contact center that supports voice, video, TTY, web chat and e-mail.

Juli Robinson, Vice President of CSD Contact Centers: Juli is responsible for providing senior-level oversight to CSD’s outsourced contact center business infrastructure, performance and profitability. With eighteen years of experience in the contact center industry, Juli has spent her career managing and directing the start-up deployment of contact centers nationwide. She joined CSD in 2002, starting up their Telecommunications Relay center in Columbia, South Carolina. From there she was responsible for the start-up of several of CSD’s Relay centers across the country. Most recently, Juli has been responsible for the implementation of CSD’s contract with the State of California Public Utilities Commission, California Telephone Access Program, and the start-up implementation of TRS/VRS and equipment distribution program for the New Zealand Ministry of Economic Development.

Nancy Soyring, Vice President of Telecommunications Relay Service: Nancy joined CSD in November of 1996 as receptionist during the start up of the Minnesota Center. She became the HR manager in March 1998, Center Manager in April 2001, Regional Manager in September 2007, Regional Director of TRS operations in October 2009 and Vice President of CSD Relay in June 2010. Nancy received her Call Center Industry Advisory Council Certification for Call Center Operations Manager in March of 2006 and recertified in April of 2009. She has past work experience is in banking and the medical field. Nancy is also fluent in ASL and involved in the community thru foster/respite care as well as in her church. Nancy and her husband have lived in the Moorhead, Minnesota area for the past twenty-six years and have six daughters.
